Doctors and nurses
Farmers and parents
Leaving orphans behind
Then everyone had a sad song
Mothers and fathers are dying,
dying and dying
Many lie in graves
covered with thick earth
Never to work again
AIDS is a killer!
AIDS is a destroyer!
Fellows of Bumala Trust
stand alert
Like a strong army
and boldly shout
"AIDS!
FIGHT IT BY ALL MEANS!"
